Values at stake

A 2-in-1 game

With the 'Values at stake' card game , visitors set off in search of emblematic objects and places at the Citadelle. This treasure hunt combines observation and enigmas to explore the values and messages conveyed by each area of the Besançon Citadel. By exploring the Citadelle and its museums, visitors can learn from the past, understand today and act tomorrow, and take home a beautiful souvenir of their visit. Taken home, this card game becomes a 7-family game.

A game that embodies UNESCO values

This fun, family-friendly game has been created to help visitors understand how the fortress and the various museums it houses contribute to the values defended by UNESCO.

Through the richness and coherence of its offerings, the Besançon Citadel embodies the values defended by UNESCO: the conservation of sites and monuments, the construction and maintenance of peace, the preservation of diversity and the encouragement of dialogue between cultures, but also education for sustainable development, notably through respect for the environment and biodiversity.
