Steven Spielberg's E.T., the extraterrestrial
Synopsis:
A flying saucer lands in the middle of the night near Los Angeles. A few aliens, sent to Earth on a botanical exploration mission, emerge from the craft, but one of them ventures beyond the clearing where the shuttle is located. He heads for the city. It's his first discovery of human civilization. Soon hunted down by the military and abandoned by his own people, this frightened little creature calls himself E.T. and takes refuge in a suburban home.
