Every year, the Citadel takes part in the national event “Rendez-vous au jardin,” organized by the Ministry of Culture. On June 6 and 7, 2026, visitors are invited to explore the Citadel’s two gardens and enjoy a variety of activities.
This stone citadel hides more greenery than you might think. From the rolling hills to the inner gardens, and even the long-gone nursery, come discover a citadel that has been lush with vegetation since the17th century.
