 Your visit to the site

 Organise your visit however you wish and create your own visit itinerary depending on how much time you have and what you are particularly interested in seeing, using the map in To be discovered during my tour. Map and informations below are also available in the calendar leaflet available from reception.


picto attention The animals of the Zoo and the Little Farm start being housed for the night 1 hr before closing time.

picto interrogation  We would advise you to start your visit in these areas should you arrive late in the day.

General Information

• All attractions close 15 mins before the site closing time.

  • The ticket office closes 30 mins before the site closing time.

• In the event of bad weather or high winds, the round paths will be closed.

• Supervise your children closely at all times.


• Pets are not allowed on the site, the Citadel being subject to double regulations regarding both public parks and zoo areas.

• Pushchair access not authorised in the museum areas (Insectarium, Noctarium, Franche-Comté Museum, Museum of French Resistance and Deportation, etc) and round paths.

• It is strictly forbidden to conduct any activity likely to disturb the peace or jeopardise the safety of the public, staff or animals.

• It is forbidden to feed the animals.

• Photography and filming for professional purposes: authorisation mandatory. See reception for more information.
